Fabulous hotel in a lovely building with good staff and location. Kindness of the staff. The room was very lovely, comfortable bed. My breakfast was for the other meals.

The staff were brilliant, the room was well-kept, the location was historic. Lovely view, a great balcony, lovely bed, too. With early check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was serene.

Appealing hotel, my first choice in Ha Long. Restaurant was pleasant and clean. Employees were charming all the time. The pool was well-maintained and I had cool drinks in the swim-up bar.

We had incredible time at the hotel and would return there. Everything was exceptional, incredibly attentive staff and SPECTACULAR location. We loved the senior queen suite which was high standard. Efficient reception.

Outstanding personnel, awesome food and drinks. The bathroom in my junior suite was luxury. It was well-stocked and the bed was very comfy. Found in the beautiful area. Apart from that, dau go cave was 10 minutes away by driving.
